As with MC above, I could not find your email address. In case I am one that you had in mind, I merely did not include discussion of deacons, as the point under discussion was the modern misuse of the office of pastor (or bishop-same office in the local church, Biblically speaking.)
I assuredly believe in deacons. I also believe in using Biblical terminology for Biblical concepts. Theological revisionism is deadlier than historical, and the results more lasting. This last is NOT aimed anywhere, other than at establishing my a priori assumptions.
Farmer Tom, as a country girl stranded in the city, I will say that a well-kept and bright shiny tractor is always a good indicator of the kind of man behind the wheel. :)
And instead we see this ugly green tractor.
